Who is Mosaic?

Mosaic Animal Health Center at St. Hubert's provides a new kind of veterinary care through whole-health treatment outcomes and a commitment to animal welfare support.

We don't only focus on your pet's physical health. Our veterinarians care about your pet's happiness, well-being, and their relationship with you. We strive to understand their needs and provide compassionate care at every visit.

Dr. Monica Ilardi

Medical Director and Doctor-Owner As the Medical Director of Mosaic at St. Hubert's, Dr. Monica Ilardi brings a wealth of experience spanning decades in general practice, urgent care, and emergency medicine, enriching the Mosaic care experience. Fueled by a deep passion for people and pets, Dr. Ilardi has a collaborative and mentorship-focused approach to the team.

A distinguished graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ilardi also embraces her role as an avid Yankees fan, a devoted mother to two teenage girls, and the loving caretaker of the family dog, Meatball.

Dr. Michael Brown

Doctor of Ophthalmology A visionary in veterinary ophthalmology, Dr. Brown's journey began at Kansas State University, where he earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, followed by a specialized residency in comparative ophthalmology. A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists since 1996, he’s renowned for his expertise in corneal and intraocular surgery, retinal diseases, and the nutritional impacts on ocular health. His passion for advancing veterinary and human ocular health is evident through his numerous scientific publications and national lectures.

Dr. Jenny Kimble

General Practice As a dedicated veterinarian with over two decades of experience, Dr. Jenny Kimble brings an abundance of expertise to her practice. A proud graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kimble began her career with a rigorous Equine Medicine and Surgery Internship at Wisconsin Equine Clinic followed by ten years of large and mixed animal practice before shifting her focus exclusively to small animals. Her special interests include neonates and geriatric medicine, as well as nutrition and ophthalmology. She thoroughly enjoys client education and enhancing the human-animal bond.  

A New Jersey native, Dr. Kimble resides in Morristown with her husband and two children, Patrick and Julianna. Outside the clinic, she enjoys horses, gardening, photography, and spending time outdoors with her family and their spirited German Shorthair Pointer, Emma. Dr. Kimble’s passion for animals, both big and small, is matched by her commitment to providing compassionate care to her patients, education to their owners and mentorship to her team.

Dr. Grace Kelly

General Practice Doctor & Ophthalmology Intern Dr. Grace Kelly grew up in New Jersey with a lifelong love for animals. Her passion for veterinary medicine first took her abroad to Tanzania, where she spent a year volunteering in pre-veterinary work before earning her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 2018. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2022.  

Following veterinary school, Dr. Kelly completed a rotating internship in 2023, gaining broad experience in emergency and internal medicine. She soon discovered her true calling in ophthalmology—the art and science of preserving vision and eye health to help animals live their best lives. To pursue this specialty, she completed an ophthalmology internship with Eye Care for Animals in 2024 and is currently training further in ophthalmology with Dr. Michael Brown, while also providing general practice care at Mosaic.  

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Kelly is passionate about animal rescue. She shares her home with two beloved rescues—Bailey, an 11-year-old chihuahua mix, and Norman, a spirited 2-year-old orange cat.

Sue Twitty

Veterinary Technician With a love for animals that goes back as far as she can remember. Sue transtormed her passion into a career. Starting as a biology major, she quickly realized her heart was in hands-on care, leeding her to Harcum College to specialize in Animal Health Technology. From there, Sue became a credentialed and registered veterinary technician, and her journey has taken her through critical core, emergency services, and more at prestigious institutions like the University of Pennsylvania.  

Sue is a big advocate for patient comfort, and strives to be an educator for pet owners, ensuring their companions lead healthy, happy lives. She's particularly passionate about enhancing the lives of senior pets through physical therapy and pain management.

Away from work, Sue's love for the outdoors shines through in her gardening, beach adventures, and hikes with her family and dog, Quinn.

Taylor Cartelli

Veterinary Technician Taylor received her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University, and has been a veterinary technician for the past 9 years in General Practice. She has an empathetic and healing heart towards animals and is a valuable resource for clients that have any questions about their pets.

Taylor has 3 cats-Jeter, Craig, and Charlie-and a pug named Mandy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography and being with her pets.

Kimberly Oppenheimer

Veterinary Technician Kim, a veterinary technician, is a lifelong animal lover and has dedicated herself to caring for creatures great and small. From her early days volunteering at shelters to her three years in the veterinary field, she's brought passion and commitment to her work.  

When she's not working, Kim unwinds by walking, drawing, and enjoying her favorite tunes.

Marina Reis, CVT

Veterinary Technician Marina joins Mosaic with over 20 years of experience as a veterinary technician. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology, she also obtained her certification as a veterinary technician. Throughout her career she has worked in general practice, emergency veterinary services, and in specialty surgery. Outside of work, Marina enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and two dogs.

Gianna Siciliano

Veterinary Technician Gianna joins Mosaic with experience in general practice and general practice surgery. She has a love for all animals, including exotics, and especially cats (she has three of her own!) Her interested in veterinary medicine are broad, but she is particularly fascinated by dermatology and feline nutrition. When she is not working, Gianna enjoys going on long walks, trying new foods, and traveling.

Abby Naranjo

Practice Manager Abby joins the Mosaic team with almost twelve years of experience in veterinary medicine, having served as a customer service representative, an exam room assistant, and a business office manager. Her love of animals brought her to the field and her deep appreciation of the human-animal bond led her to realize this is the only job for her. Abby is our Practice Manager, focused on client service, quality of care, and workplace culture.   

When she is not at work, Abby is playing the role of devoted Mom-Wife-Dog Mom. When she does have free time, she enjoys creative writing and reading.

Leilani Torres

Leilani Torres

Client Experience Representative Leilani has had a passion for animals since the age of five. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from Kean University in 2022 and has since pursued a career in the veterinary field. Over the past two years, she has gained valuable experience working in a doggy daycare and as a client service representative and veterinary assistant.  

Her love for animals extends beyond just dogs and cats—Leilani is also an avid reptile enthusiast, caring for two turtles, Honu and Chia, and a lizard named Pico. She is OSHA-certified and has attended NJVMA conferences in Atlantic City to expand her knowledge of clinic safety and customer service.

When she's not at work, Leilani enjoys spending quality time with her mom, dad, boyfriend, and extended family, always seeking out new adventures and exploring different travel destinations.

Liz Mertz

Client Experience Representative Liz has always had a passion for animals. Before joining the Mosaic team, she worked as a professional dog groomer where she developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Liz is known for her friendly, detail-oriented approach and her dedication to supporting both clients and their pets. With a strong foundation in customer service and a commitment to professionalism, Liz consistently strives to resolve inquiries efficiently and with care.   

She enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Radagast, and attending craft shows, hiking, and going to the beach.

Ron Rinaldi, VMD

Ophthalmology Resident Dr. Rinaldi graduated veterinary school from The University of Pennsylvania in 2023 and then performed a small animal rotating internship at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He has had an interest in veterinary ophthalmology since working for Dr. Brown as a technician while in undergrad at Rutgers University. Dr. Rinaldi’s residency in comparative ophthalmology performed in conjunction with The University of Pennsylvania will be completed in December 2027.  

While a lover of dogs, Dr. Rinaldi has a special interest in feline medicine and cares deeply about making the veterinary experience as stress free as possible for feline patients. He also looks forward to spending time with farm animals during his future education.

Dr. Rinaldi enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, three cats, and flock of quail. He spends his free time hiking and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, gardening has become a passion and he spends much time tending to his vegetable garden and also grows fruit, berries, and mushrooms. He looks forward to adding alpacas, goats, chickens, and emu to his future farm.
