Ultrasound technology is a safe and non-invasive way to help diagnose pets.
During the procedure, we’ll use an external handheld probe to check your pet. This probe relays high-frequency waves to the ultrasound machine. This machine creates real-time images of your pet’s organs, allowing us to spot abnormalities. Ultrasounds help us diagnose conditions in the bladder, observe abnormal fluid build-up or identify masses.
Ultrasounds won’t expose your pet to radiation or cause them pain. If you want to learn more, please call our office.
